Bending, Curving, Stamping and Embossing

The latest CNC bending technology means that using pressures of up to 270 tonnes we can bend almost any type of piece from 0º to 180º. We complete this section. This section also includes mechanical and hydraulic presses and various curving machines.

Welding

We offer separated sections for working carbon and stainless steel as well as aluminium, avoiding contamination problems, and complying with the market's demands.

We use the next processes: MIG-MAG, robotized welding, TIG, SAW, SMAW, single RSW, multiple RSW.

Sheet metal work (medium and fine) is the most important activitie in the Industrias Barga production process, and it is characterised by our high-skilled staff and our standardised welding procedures.

Our staff is made up of certified welders, international welding engineers and an structures engineer.

Hot dip Galvanizing

We have a hot-dip galvanizing installation in order to provide a faster and better service to our customers.

This section was founded in the begginings of the company so we have a large experience in this field. The facilities are constantly renovated according with the environmental law.

Packing and Components Kits

We make tower internals kits according to the instructions of our customers using heat treated pallets.

We use to prepare loads in order to ship it by truck or in containers for sea transport.
